CHARACTERISTICS
This machine adopts the photosensitive resin soft version for printing plate,it also called "Aniline Printing Machine".It is suitable for LDPE/BOPP/PP/HDPP/PET film,paper,non-woven,aluminum foil and PP woven etc.It is an ideal machine for making food bag,handle bag,T-shirt bag,gift bag etc.
CONFIGURATION
I.The control part
1.The whole machine equiped with the PLC touch screen control.
2.The main motor equiped with the 5.5kw inverter which is adjustable speed motor.
3.Even ink 40w motor to run ink separatly.(6 pieces)
II.The unwinding part
1.Double working station in unwinding,pneumatic loader.
2.Magnetic powder braker with auto tension control.
3.Cutting and change the roll automatically.
4.3 inch air shaft.(2 pieces)
5.Ultrasonic edge position controller.
6.Traction motor for feeding adopts inverter control which synchronization with the main motor.
7.Taction motor for feeding adopts pneumatic air cylinder control tension.
III.The printing part
1.Pneumatic lifting and lowing plate,auto lift plate when the machine is stopped.After that can run ink automatically.When the machine is openning,it will make alarm to start the auto lowering plate printing.
2.The ink transmiting is made by the ceramic anilox with chambered closed double side doctor blade controller.
3.The precision helical gear longitudinal register is ±0.1.
4.±20mm transverse register.
5.Adjust the ink pressure and the press printing pressure.
IV.The drying part
1.Intelligent temperature controller to control the temperature,12kw heating,1.5kw blower to bring the wind for 3 pieces printer.
2.Intelligent temperature controller to control the temperature,12kw heating,one piece of 0.75kw centrifugal blower with closed circulating to bring the wind supply the total drying oven.
3.Intelligent temperature controller to control the temperature,5kw heating,centrifugal blower to bring wind,supply the back side printing group.
4.Compressor air drying unit electrical layout utilities(USD5000/piece,three pieces USD15000).
V.The winding part
1.Single rewinding,back to back friction winding.
2.Auto cutting and changing the roll system.
3.The main motor synchronous inverter controlled.
4.Pneumatic cylinder controlled the tension.

VIII.Testing and Delivery
1.To ensure the machines' quality. Before delivering the machine , every machine will be tested for several times. Customers can come to our factory and test machine. If customer will not come , we test machine and send video to customer.
2.We will send the photos of loading machine to container to customers.

1.One year warranty
2.If needing, engineer will go to customers' factory to install, adjust machine and traning workers, but the buyer will respond for round ticked, hotel , accommdation , and salary USD100/day.
