I. Control part

II. The unwinding part
1. Single work station ,with non shaft or shaftless loading,hydraulic claming the raw material ,hydraulic lifting the roll
2. Auto stop when material running out .
Meter counter can be setted .when the quantity arrived ,the machine will make alarms when arrive the setted numbers.Ultrasonic simulated EPC control
III. The printing part
Pneumatic lifting and lowing printing plate cylinders auto lifting plate cylinder when the machine is stopped. After that can run ink automatically.When the machine is opening ,it will make alarm to start the auto lowering plate printing cylinder.
±20 transverse register.Pneumatic circulating ink the ink transmitting is made by the ceramic anilox (4 color 4 pieces )with the chamber double side doctor blade .ink is even and nice . With 4 pieces of ink pumps which will keep the ink circulating running ,one side in and another side out .
Adjust the ink pressure and the press printing pressure manuallySeparate ink motor 40w which will keep the ink running all the time even the machine stopped
Auto stop when material running out .The meter counter can set printing quantity according to the requirement.Stop the machine automatically at the set quantity or when the material is finishedThere are inching/Stopping buttons on the plate roller base and material rolling rack so as to make it easy operate the machine when the plate is installed.Emergency stop button is installed High accuracy planet gear box .360 degree continuous vertical color registration +-0.1mmWe will give u one set of printing cylinders which is 500mm size ( 4 pieces) It can print 4+0 3+1,2+2, from front and back side.
V. Drying part
1. 12kw heating dismissing heat pipe with one intelligent temperature controller, 2pcs centrifugal blower 0.75kw controls the whole heating channel.
2. 5kw heating dismissing heat pipe with one intelligent temperature controller, 1pcs centrifugal blower 0.75kw controls the whole back plate heating channel.
3. 12kw heating dismissing heat pipe with one intelligent temperature controller, 1pcs high voltage blower 1.5kw controls every printing group heating channel.
4. Out putting heating blower to bring the wind.
VI . The rewinding part
Single work station with diameter 1200 mm .Hydraulic unload the jumbo roll .2. 3 inch 76mm air shaft 1 pieces
3 the tension is adjusted by air
4 with auto cutting device .
